This Service is NOT designed, intended, or certified for storing human health information. We are NOT a HIPAA-covered entity. Any human medical information uploaded is at your sole risk with NO privacy protections.
We cannot guarantee that emergency responders will scan QR codes, that codes will remain readable, or that the Service will be available during emergencies. Users must maintain backup emergency plans.
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for:
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Refunds are only available within the first 30 days if no data has been uploaded.
