For Designated Long-Term Caregivers and Emergency Contacts:
- When someone grants you access to their vault, we collect your name, email, and/or phone number
- We may verify your phone number through SMS
- Your access sessions are logged for security purposes
- You may create your own account to manage multiple vault accesses
- By accepting access, you agree to use the information solely for pet care purposes
Access Logs:
- All vault access is logged with timestamp and IP address
- Vault owners can review access logs
- Logs are retained for security and legal compliance
11. Marketing Communications
If you have opted-in to receive marketing emails:
- You may opt-out at any time using the unsubscribe link
- We will not share your email with third parties for marketing
- Transactional emails (receipts, account alerts) cannot be opted out of
